Xypex Patch'n Plug[1] [2] CLD 23 CMNT 

[1] Mix ratio is 1 part water to 3-3.5 parts Patch'n Plug by volume, mixed to the
    consistency of a stiff putty or workable mortar.  Certified for a 24 hour cure time at
    ambient temperature.
[2] Certified for use as a patching material for up to 5% of the surface area in pipes 48"
    and greater, 4% of tanks 1500 gallons and greater, and 0.8% of the surface area in pipes
    8" – 48” and tanks 1000 – 1500 gallons.

    Certified on its own.

    Final Cure Time and Temperature: 3 days moist cure followed by 12 days set time prior to
