[1] Certification of this product has been performed to the health effects requirements of
    NSF/ANSI Standard 61, which assesses the acceptability of potential extractants from the
    chemical generator. No evaluation has been performed on the strength or efficacy of the
    chemical(s) generated. As unit operation, maintenance and the consistency of source
    ingredients may affect the performance of the unit, the ensuing chemical(s) is not
    certified by NSF to NSF/ANSI Standard 60.

[3] Certified to generate a maximum 2500 ppm (0.25%) aqueous chlorine dioxide solution.
    Certified for a maximum dose of 5 ppm chlorine dioxide (2,000 ppm of 0.25% aqueous
    chlorine dioxide solution) for treatment of raw water. Finished water must meet any
    established EPA MCL limits atthe entrance to potable water distribution.
[G] Product is Certified to NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 and conforms with the lead content requirements
    for "lead free" plumbing as defined by California, Vermont, Maryland, and Louisiana
    state laws and the U.S. Safe Drinking Water Act.
