    water. The system is to be properly flushed and drained following the manufacturer's use
    instructions.
[2] This product has been Certified for use as a well cleaning aid only when used in
    conjunction with sodium or calcium hypochlorite.
[3] QC-21 Well Cleaner is also used as a filter cleaning aid.
[4] This product may be used at 5% provided the equipment is disconnected from the system
    before treatment and flushed until the pH returns to normal.
[5] The pH of the influent and effluent water should be monitored to ensure that all traces
    of the product have been removed before placing into service.
