Special Comments: Mix ratio Part A:B = 5:1. Coating is diluted with deionized water to a
final solid content of 18-22% prior to application. Steel substrate is dipped into
coating and it is applied with a voltage (160-350 V). After a 2-3 minute dwell time the
painted component is cured for 10 minutes at 330°F.
