Xypex Patch'n Plug[1] [2] CLD 23 CMNT

[1] Mix ratio is 1 part water to 3-3.5 parts Patch'n Plug by volume, mixed to the
    consistency of a stiff putty or workable mortar.  Certified for a 24 hour cure time at
    ambient temperature.
[2] Certified for use as a patching material for up to 5% of the surface area in pipes 8"
    and greater and tanks 1000 gallons and greater.
