    Special Comments: The substrate should be between 60 and 180ºF prior to coating. The
    coating should be preheated to 70 to 120ºF before application. After application and
    allowing this water based coating to dry, fill the tank with fresh water (60 to 80ºF)
    and allow the water to dwell in the tank 24 hours. Empty the tank and re-soak one more
    time, 24 hours per soak, before putting the tank into service.
