[1] starline® 1000 / HPL-W has a minimum cure time of 36 hours at 59°F or 72 hours at 50°F.
An additional ambient cure of 48 hours is required before placing into service.
[2] starline® STRUCTURE-W pipe has a hot water cure. It is heated up to 50°C (122°F) and has
a minimum 2 hour cure (overnight cool down after heating). An additional ambient cure of
5 days is required before placing into service.
[3] For pipe up to DN300 or pipe volumes up to 10 m³ a flush is required at 3 times the
rehabilitated pipe volume. For pipe volumes from 10 m³ up to 20 m³ a flush is required
at 2 times the rehabilitated pipe volume. For pipe volumes larger than 20 m³ a flush is
required at 1.5 times the rehabilitated pipe volume.
[G] Product is Certified to NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 and conforms with the lead content requirements
for "lead free" plumbing as defined by California, Vermont, Maryland, and Louisiana
state laws and the U.S. Safe Drinking Water Act.
